Take to the trails in these men's MQM 3 GORE-TEX trainers from Merrell. Landing in an Olive colourway, these runners have a lightweight mesh upper with a GORE-TEX finish for premium protection against the elements. With durable TPU overlays for added support, they feature a secure lace-up closure with padding around the ankle for a locked-in fit, as well as a woven heel pull for easy on-off. These shoes were a great value for the price. They fit well at the correct size, very light and comfortable, and seem well made. I have had them for a month now and they have held up very well. However, there is a concern that I do not see others have mentioned. The soles are slippery on a smooth surface, they do not seem to grip like most sneakers, and this problem has persisted. Overall, this is not a big problem for me, but I can see this could be an issue for some and felt I needed to mention it.

Very pretty. A little tight when you first put them on but they soon stretch out to a comfortable fit.

Sometimes I fall asleep with them on and they don't bother me at all. I can't even tell I'm wearing them.

Everything exactly as it should be. Item was as described, shipped and arrived when expected, and was packaged well for the journey. However, I do suggest ordering one full size up as the toe box isnt what one would expect in terms of width. Cant really ask for more! Thanks!

Some what large, but great slipping on without to much hassle at all. I could get a smaller pair, but I don’t want to bother putting my finger in heel to slip on. Guess I’m just lazy. Love the shoe, especially the material. Lastly, it’s great in the snow. No slipping and sliding around like other shoes.

When you have a son that’s a size 13 wide it hard to find any good shoe for this price that fits good I could buy 2 for what 1 normally cost

Do as most of the reviews say order at least a half size bigger.

The sizing runs large, so I'd recommend buying a half size smaller for a snug fit. Also, the stitching at the ankle can be irritating if your socks aren't high enough. Finally, the laces are more for looks rather than function, as this is truly a slip-on.
