I loved them so I bought another pair. However - they do have a little lift in the heel and this causes me back pain. So, if you are looking for flat, no heel then don't get these. It isn't much of a heel, so order if you like that.

I bought these for my daughter who stands up at work .Her old sneakers weren't doing the job so I bought these and she really likes them no more sore feet .

I got these to wear when I'm doing my walk/run on a treadmill or working out on the eliptical at the gym. I have some serious running shoes I use on pavement but they are too hard for the treadmill and the gym in general. These were on sale and as they are vegan, I'm looking forward the them being easy to wash and care for (even if they won't last as long as leather shoes). They don't have a ton of support but they are light and have good cushioning. I am only running short distances so if you need something heavy duty these aren't for you. But if you want a comfy, light, all-around use sneaker I can't recommend this enough. Only reason I didn't give 5 starts is that I wish they did have a little more cushioning in the sole but if I decide I need it, I can use different insoles as these are removable. Love these so much I bought a second pair!

I returned these shoes so I can't really speak to comfort and durability. I normally wear a 9.5 but in some shoes, that is a bit tight. My last pair of Skechers was 9.5 and they are so comfortable. After reading the reviews, I really didn't know what to do, since many people said they run large and to size down. I figured since 9.5 is generally a snug, comfortable fit, I would try for my regular size. I was wrong. I could have gone with 8.5-9.0 on these shoes. They were huge!

I web searched for best sneakers for Nurses or folks who stand much of the work day.
Those results lead me to Amazon and other options. The UMYOGO products came up and when I read the technical description, I said someone has finally progressed in athletic shoe design.

I have high arches and narrow feet. I've always had trouble in every kind of foot wear.
I've spent good money on other shoes for walking, running, cross-training, just to find support.
My hamstrings were constantly tight and my lower back out of alignment.
I didn't know how much I needed the added heel support.

I put on these shoes as soon as they arrived, and wore them around the house all day Saturday.
That evening, I finally sat down for dinner and my legs did not hurt, and my hamstrings were not tight from short stride household movement. At bedtime, my lower back did not need to settle itself into place as is the norm.

I will be getting a 2nd or 3rd pair very soon.
