These are great - real leather and true to size, and they are NOT unisex, they say right on the tongue tag that they're women's fit. They have such nice cushioning, unlike standard Chucks. I bought a pair of lug-soled Converse and they're much the same, BUT the insoles are removable, which is a must for me. I had hoped to wear these as cold-weather shoes. If you want to wear these with wool socks, as I had wanted to, I'd recommend sizing up a 1/2 size; that's how true-to-size these are. Wish they had a removable insole... I've had the lug-soled Chucks for two days; yesterday I walked 2-1/2 miles in them right out of the box, and today I walked 3 miles in them. Converse should've been padding their insoles all along!

I love these shoes and I got a half size bigger, are usually taken eight but I bought the eight and a half and they fit perfectly. They feel so comfortable oh, but my question is, does anyone think that The Rhinestone pattern on the shoe is reversed? Shouldn't be outside of the shoe have the majority of rhinestones rather than on the inside? In other words, when you're wearing both sneakers, the main pattern of rhinestones is on the right side of the shoe for the left foot, and the right foot, the majority of rhinestone pattern is on the left side of the shoe. I hope I explained this correctly, but I would have expected the shoe to look differently and the majority of rhinestones to be opposite.

you have to break them in but there they are worth it.. There’s plenty of cushion and i added orthotics ( also purchased from Amazon) and they are perfect. Now they are kind of like a suede material so i won’t wear them in wet weather but they are attractive … great value for the money

just started walking again after broken foot; metarsal fracture; avulsion fracture; and torn ligaments; 4 months non weight bearing. the surgeon said that i would need supportive shoes for the rest of my life and i have purchases many alegria's and skechers. i love these shoes. the rocker bottom is non-flexible (which i need) but comfy and supportive. as soon as i put them on, i said "AHHHHH!" so comfy and true to size even though my healing foot is now bigger than my ok foot, both shoes feel awesome. i was missing a shoe string (in the extra pair of strings) but no big deal.
