Couple of years ago I purchased a pair of Skechers slip-ons and though I wore them everyday, they were dangerous. They would slip off, they provided no support, and countless times I came close to turning an ankle...still I wore them for several years. I decided enough was enough and I gambled on these slip ons, and LOVE THEM. They fit perfectly (size 13 narrow foot), they provide decent support and generous cushion. They are super comfortable and are very stable. I would not run in them, but they are great for all casual situations...even wore them to church when I was feeling really casual.

I hadn't worn a pair of Chuck Taylor's for over 40 years and bought them for old times sake. Wow! They handle an orthotic very well and are surprisingly comfortable.
