I have a lot of foot issues and this shoe does not help. So if you have arched feet, plantar fasciitis, hot feet, and are a bit wide these shoes will not fit/do as expected.

I REALLY LIKE THE SHOES BUT THEY ARE NOT WEDGES, WHICH THE AD PICTURE PORTRAYED THEM TO BE. THE GLITTER ALSO CAME OFF THE SHOES AS WELL, BUT NOT A LOT. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. IT'S WORTH THE MONEY.

I have a broken sesamoid bone in my left foot with moderately severe bunions in both feet. My feet hurt all the time. These shoes were listed as one of the brands and styles appropriate for my foot issues by my podiatrist. Due to the bunions I ordered the wide width. The foot bed does not have a prominent arch pad but I can put a removable in if I need it, and the foot bed is not set deep enough for orthotics (gave it only 4 stars because of these two issues). I love the deep ankle cutouts. I have short legs so my ankle bones are lower to the ground than most. These cutouts keep my ankles from feeling bumped into every time I take a step. Because the soles are very stiff, the degree of "hinge pain" in the soles of my feet I normally experience is down to a minimum and the rocker motion puts more weight on my heels which do not have the problems that my soles and toes have. I am hoping these shoes will extend the life of my poor feet before I have to endure surgery to fix all the mechanical issues I inherited. Do they look smashing with dresses and skirts? No and don't care. Neither do plaster casts, braces, crutches, and knee scooters.

I usually wear a 6.5, but my feet are a bit wide so I purchased a 7. THEY FIT PERFECTLY! I wear them for power lifting, but I'm buying a second pair because I wan to wear them everywhere else, too. Fantastic flat bottom sneaker.
