I’m 45 years old & I have chronic lower back pain. These are extremely comfortable! Great for long day wear. I usually wear crocs everywhere I go, but these are actually better for times when I’m standing or walking more than I’d like to. I usually wear a size 12 wide in mens shoes but because I wear them in the summer w no socks, I bought an 11.5 reg & they fit perfectly.

At first my hubs felt weird, unsure of step but you just have to wear + get used to the height. The finish can be wiped off w/damp rag as dirt really shows. Soles are thick & well made. Inside is where the additional height comes from. These are comfortable, casual shoes that are going to add some height without looking like yr trying.

Heads up, these shoes run short. I needed these for an event, and I normally wear a women’s size 9. The only size available that might work that was available was a size 10. I can normally wear a 91/2 without too much trouble and considering I would be using these for riding a bike in a parade, it wasn’t critical they fit perfectly. When my shoes arrived, I tried them on and I could feel my big toe hit the top of the shoe.
Other than that, despite the cheesy wanna be Adidas style, these shoes light up BRIGHT! There are many colors to choose from, as well as an option to do rainbow flashing colors. My theme color for the parade is pink, so I was happy they have a hot pink mode.
The workmanship is very good. There are no uncomfortable seams pressing against the foot, allowing you to use these as regular sneakers after your need for fancy feet is gone.
The inner materials are the same as you’d expect from any good, high end shoe. They’re nicely padded, which is a pleasant surprise. The outer materials are OH SO VERY VINYL. I mean, you can smear mustard on them, hose them off and not leave a single stain, they’re so plasticky. But, what do you want when you’re paying $8.90 for the pair?
To be even more obnoxious with these little beauties, I switched out the laces for twinkling LED laces, cause when it’s my time to sparkle, this girl’s going to twinkle like a boss!

The sizing runs large, so I'd recommend buying a half size smaller for a snug fit. Also, the stitching at the ankle can be irritating if your socks aren't high enough. Finally, the laces are more for looks rather than function, as this is truly a slip-on.

Other Sketchers shoes I have bought flex and conform to my feet (you hardly know you have them on). These do not! I can wear them, but unlike other Sketchers, I am constantly aware that I have them on my feet.
